What if something arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We review the claim and replace or refund the affected item.
The tracking has stopped moving.
Write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we open a trace with the carrier. Once the parcel is confirmed lost we refund or replace it.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted on eligible items in the condition they arrived. Start a return by writing to contact@silvanwear.com; the full eligibility terms sit in our Refund Policy.
Will a stand or charger fit my device?
Send us the device model and we will confirm the fit before you order. Questions are answered in English, Monday to Friday, within one business day.

A charger should outlast the phone it came with
So should a keyboard, a stand and a lamp. We would rather sell eight categories properly than eight hundred items badly.
